What kind of help fits?

Start with the situation you recognize. You do not need to diagnose the business or understand the full service catalog before taking a first step.

Three ways to begin

Start with what you need now.

Something keeps going wrong

Talk through the recurring problem.

Too much may depend on the owner, employees may keep asking the same questions, information may be scattered, or a handoff may keep breaking.

Talk through the problem

Start with the complimentary consultation. An Assessment may follow when a deeper investigation is appropriate.

I want to organize it myself

Use a self-guided Starter Kit.

Choose the New Business Starter Kit or Existing Business Starter Kit. Each is $199 one-time and helps you organize business knowledge, decisions, and open questions in files you control.

I already know I need website help

Bring the defined website need.

Website updates, maintenance, landing pages, troubleshooting, and performance work can be considered directly when the need is clear enough to scope without broader business diagnosis.

Both help you organize business context in files you control. Choose based on whether the business is new or already operating.

Professional help

Understand the situation before choosing the work.

The consultation is the usual first step for a recurring operating problem. It may lead to an Assessment, a referral, or no paid work. Later implementation is considered only after the situation is understood and separately scoped.

Begin · one 15-minute conversationComplimentary Consultation
Why it may fit
A recurring situation is disrupting the work, but you do not yet know the cause, the service, or whether paid work is needed.
What it includes
One 15-minute qualification conversation focused on fit and the appropriate next step.
What it is designed to support
A clear decision about fit and the appropriate next step, including no paid engagement when that is the responsible answer.

This is qualification and orientation, not formal diagnosis, a written Assessment, full operational investigation, or implementation.

Understand the situationAI Business Assessment$999
Why it may fit
A recurring situation touches several roles, handoffs, tools, or decisions, so its cause cannot be responsibly assumed from one visible symptom.
What it includes
An Assessment Report, a bounded Business Context Appendix, a findings and recommendations discussion, and a prioritized implementation roadmap within the agreed scope.
What it is designed to support
An evidence-supported view of the areas assessed, including strengths, recurring friction, risks, opportunities, and unresolved questions that matter to the next decision.

The paid path, before you decide

  1. Agree on the work

Purpose, scope, responsibilities, deliverables, exclusions, and price are agreed before paid Discovery begins.

  2. Prepare what is known

Complete as much guided preparation as reasonably possible, share useful existing information, and leave honest blanks instead of guessing or creating documents.

  3. Discover and assess

Two guided Discovery sessions lead into consultant-led Analysis and Recommendations. A typical Assessment takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on scheduling, responsiveness, available information, complexity, and needed clarification.

  4. Review and choose

The Assessment Report, Business Context Appendix, prioritized roadmap, and Review Session conclude the Assessment. Any Implementation is optional and requires a separate approved scope.

A direct route for a bounded website needProfessional Website Services
Why it may fit
Your website has a specific problem or project whose objective, current state, dependencies, access needs, and acceptance conditions can be understood without a broader business diagnosis.
What it includes
Only the website work agreed in a manually scoped engagement, such as updates, maintenance, a landing page, a basic business site, troubleshooting, or performance improvements.
What it is designed to support
A defined website outcome is delivered against the agreed scope and acceptance conditions.

There is no standard public package or price. If responsible delivery requires broader business diagnosis, operational redesign, or custom software, the request may need an Assessment or a different separately approved scope first.

What it is designed to support

What it includes
Only the improvements and deliverables included in a separately approved implementation scope.
What it is designed to support

Common questions

How the options work

Do I need an AI Business Assessment first?

The Assessment is the required starting point for the broader operational Implementation paths presented on this page. The Complimentary Consultation determines fit and whether the paid Assessment is appropriate. Completing the Assessment does not obligate you to continue.

Is software included?

Software is not included in the Assessment. It may be included in a separate Implementation scope when the evidence shows it is the appropriate intervention.

Is the Complimentary Consultation really free?

Yes. The 15-minute conversation is for fit and the appropriate next step. Formal diagnosis requires the separately paid Assessment and the evidence and analysis it includes.

What if the best answer is a small change?

A small change, self-implementation, deferring action, or no further paid engagement can be the right next decision. The recommendations remain useful whether or not Morales Software performs the Implementation.

Why are professional service prices limited?

The AI Business Assessment has an approved public price of $999. Professional Website Services and optional Implementation depend on scope and do not have approved standard public prices.
