A conversation with Jacob Morales
Bring one recurring business problem.
No obligation
Discuss what keeps getting in the way, whether Morales Software fits, and a sensible next step. For owners and the people responsible for improving everyday work. You do not need to know the cause or choose a service before we talk.
Choose a time
Book one 15-minute conversation.
Choose a date and time in Calendly, check your time zone, and enter your name and email. You can add a brief preparation note. Your appointment is booked only when Calendly confirms it.
No suitable time, or trouble booking? Ask for scheduling help. A message does not reserve a time. Loading the calendar connects to Calendly.
One short conversation. A clear purpose.
- 01 · Bring
One situation you can describe
Repeated explanations. Work handled differently each time. Information scattered across people and files. Software that makes a task harder. A recent example is enough; no presentation or uploads are needed.
- 02 · Discuss
What is happening in the business
Where the problem occurs, who is involved, what makes it difficult, and what a useful outcome would look like. The purpose is to understand your reported concern and assess fit.
- 03 · Decide
Whether a next step makes sense
A paid Assessment, a little information to confirm fit, a referral, or no further engagement. Any paid work requires a separate agreement on scope, responsibilities, and price.
Before you book
Is this free, and am I committing to anything?
Yes, one 15-minute conversation is complimentary. Booking does not commit you to a purchase or project. We will discuss paid work only if an appropriate next step exists; a referral or no engagement can be the right outcome.
Will I get a diagnosis or a proposed solution?
This is a conversation about your reported problem, fit, and next step. It is not a free Assessment or full diagnosis. Written findings or recommendations, implementation, and a second complimentary conversation are not included. Deeper investigation belongs in separately agreed paid work.
Do I need to want software or AI?
No. Start with the business problem. Understanding it comes before selecting an intervention, which may involve business knowledge, processes, software, automation, or appropriately bounded AI. This conversation does not promise a technology recommendation.
What happens after I book, and how do I make changes?
Calendly sends the meeting confirmation and connection details. Use the reschedule or cancel links in that confirmation to change the appointment. Bring one example of what keeps happening and why it matters to your business.
