A Business Repository holds the context behind your business: what you do, how work happens, what you’ve decided, and what supports those decisions.
Instead of rebuilding that background in every conversation, people and compatible AI can work from information that has been saved, reviewed, and kept current.
The Repository is customer-controlled files and context. The Starter Kit gives you structure and guidance for building it. This website’s reading window is a way to explain the idea.

AI & context
AI needs something useful to work from.
Ask AI to draft a handoff with no background and it has little to go on. Give it the agreed work, current process, responsibilities, and unresolved questions, and the task becomes more specific.
The Repository supplies context. People choose the task and decide what to use.
The Repository helps organize that context. People still check the sources, correct the work, and decide what to use. AI can make mistakes even when the information is well organized.

- Follow your Kit’s guidance.
Use a capable AI file workspace and the sources you choose to make available. Connections are optional; selected files can work too.
- Confirm and keep it useful.
Review what is current, resolve contradictions, and leave unknowns visible. Keep the files up to date as the business changes.
Your files, your access decisions
Keep control of the business context.
The Repository lives in a workspace you control. You decide which files and sources to share with an AI provider. Morales Software does not receive your Repository files by default.
Organized context lives in your chosen workspace.
Decide what people and your AI provider can use.
Review changes and keep a recoverable copy.
Provider privacy and file capabilities vary. No Repository files are sent to Morales Software by default.
You remain responsible for permissions, backups, and keeping information current. Provider features, file access, and connections vary by account and environment. AI access or subscriptions are separate from the Kit.
The standard license covers businesses you personally own or control. Redistribution, resale, white labeling, and use for unrelated clients are excluded.
