# Nina's office note — CS-104

CONTROLLED SYNTHETIC DEMONSTRATION. Fictional job and people; not a customer record.

September 8, 2026 — Nina, fictional office coordinator

Willow Lane household / job CS-104 / North crew, Owen and Lena / Thursday visit.

Accepted scope from Maya's quote: engineered oak in the living room and hallway. Natural oak finish. Existing skirting stays. Do not include stair work.

Customer asked yesterday whether we could also replace the utility-room threshold. No revised scope or price has been accepted for that request. I put it in the job notes so it would not get forgotten. It is a request, not an instruction to the crew.

Living room should be clear by Thursday; that is what the homeowner said. I haven't checked it yet. Access is through the side gate; no key code is included here. Customer would like an 8:30 arrival, but I have not confirmed that time.

The old crew guide says small extras under $250 can be agreed on site. Maya told me we now get her written scope approval first. Please clarify which applies before making a crew brief.

I keep the accepted quote and job notes in our shared job folder. The calendar holds visit dates. Text messages sometimes arrive first; I copy accepted changes into the job folder after Maya confirms them.
